Unbreakable ropes bound her to the mighty rock. They were woven by the seamstresses of the Underworld from strands of the untamable Lion of Mavu’s mane and dipped in the waters of the Never-Ending River. She strained against them, pulling hard as she could, knowing always that while she could never break free, she would never give up.
